How fast can we get matched?
Most agencies are matched within about two weeks of the first conversation, since every candidate is already vetted and fully trained. You interview our graduates and make the final call.
Are they trained on our systems?
Yes. Every VA completes at least four weeks of insurance training and works in your AMS, including HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, and Applied Epic.
What if it isn't a fit?
You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and if a VA is not the right match we will replace them.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum number of VAs and no long-term lock-in. Start with one, month-to-month or annual, and add only when the work is there.
Where are the VAs based?
Across Latin America, working your U.S. business hours and fluent in English and Spanish.
Can a VA download our client data?
No. We run a zero-trust model, so your VA can only reach the systems you explicitly authorize, and local downloads and external transfers of client data are blocked on their machines. They work on professional equipment we provide and monitor, with backup internet, and every VA completes weekly cybersecurity training and phishing simulations. We are DFS compliant and will walk your team through our full security documentation on request.
