How fast can we get matched?
Most agencies are matched within about two weeks of the first conversation, since every candidate is already vetted and fully trained. You interview our graduates and make the final call.
Are they trained on our systems?
Yes. Every VA completes at least four weeks of insurance training and works in your AMS, including Applied Epic and EZLynx, along with HawkSoft and AMS360.
Do we need corporate approval first?
No. Elevate is already an approved John Galt vendor, and the security and IT setup runs through your existing IT team as an established process.
