Insurance Operations & Workflow Mastery
Our training begins with a deep foundation in both personal lines and commercial lines insurance operations. Trainees learn how policies move through the full lifecycle from quoting and binding to servicing, endorsements, and renewals so they understand how real agencies operate, not just individual tasks. This ensures every VA develops true operational awareness and can support agency workflows with accuracy and context.
AMS & Technical Execution
Over four intensive weeks, trainees work directly inside the same agency management systems used by U.S. insurance agencies, including Applied Epic, EZLynx, AMS360, and HawkSoft. They practice real tasks such as policy entry, endorsements, renewals, and document management within live system environments. By the time they complete training, VAs have already built the speed, confidence, and technical proficiency required to perform effectively from day one.
Client Communication & Service Standards
Strong communication is a core performance standard in our program. We train VAs to confidently handle phone interactions, quoting conversations, service requests, and client follow ups while maintaining professionalism and clarity. Written communication with clients and carriers is equally emphasized, ensuring every VA can represent your agency with consistency and confidence.
Real-World Insurance Task Simulation
Training is built around real agency responsibilities. Trainees complete hands on work involving ACORD applications, endorsements, certificates of insurance, ID cards, cancellations, reinstatements, and compliance documentation. By practicing these tasks in a controlled environment, VAs significantly reduce ramp up time and are prepared to contribute immediately across both Personal and Commercial Lines.
Performance Evaluation & Role Alignment
Advancement through training is performance based. Throughout the program, trainees are evaluated weekly on accuracy, system proficiency, workflow execution, and communication standards. Only the top performing candidates successfully graduate, and each is aligned to agency placements based on their strengths in personal or commercial lines support.
