  • technical proficiency: Our VAs get hands-on with the tools and software they’ll be using on the job, focusing on the four industry leading AMS: Applied Epic, EZLynx, AMS360 and HawkSoft.
  • policy management: We teach them to handle endorsements, COIs, audits, and document handling with precision.
