How fast can we get matched?
Most agencies are matched within about two weeks of the first conversation, since every candidate is already vetted and fully trained. You interview our graduates and make the final call.
Are they trained on our systems?
Yes. Every VA completes at least four weeks of insurance training and works in your AMS, including HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, and Applied Epic.
Can they really quote, or is this back-office only?
Our Elevated VAs quote. They run submissions in your rater, build proposals, prepare ACORD applications, and handle post-bind underwriting follow-up with carriers. They are not licensed and do not sell, so every licensed hour stays with you.
