Veronica is doing fabulous. She is smart, follows instructions, and is a quick learner. She is exceeding my expectations in every sense of the word. This is coming from someone who has very high standards... She is doing so well that I would like her to speak with customers on an as-needed basis

Everything has been spectacular. It has taken a lot of stuff off my plate, there is so much stuff we do at our agencies that virtual assistants can do. It’s a leverage play. How much am I worth? Should I be doing tasks? Probably not I should be out selling and prospecting.

Aaron is doing very well so far. He is very responsive and handles whatever tasks we have with detail. We always encourage him to ask questions and he does. However, he seems to figure out a lot of the issues on his own, which is a great trait with insurance business. Aaron has been doing a great job. He pays attention to the details and questions a lot which is a great trait to have.

I am so glad I was open to giving this one more chance when I heard about Elevate Teams... I signed on with one VA at first, a month later, I asked for another and then two months later, I got my third! The quality of the talent is top notch! ...the important piece for me is to know that the managers at Elevate treat my VA's well too... I made it clear that I also want to know that they advocate for their VA's happiness as well –and that– communication is KEY!

Laura has been great, continuing to grow and learn, having had 3 VAs over the last years what strikes me is that Laura constantly asks “good” questions, I just need to keep incorporating her into workflows around here. To say it another way, once we have Laura loaded up with work on a recurring basis I anticipate reaching back to you for a potential additional team member.
